Each consulting assignment is tailored to meet the needs and expectations of our customers:

We offer our customers two types of intervention:

Fixed-price intervention

Ascent Consulting undertakes to produce deliverables on condition that the customer provides the information and resources required to complete the assignment. Workload and schedule are estimated in order to calculate a fixed price and define a mission framework to which both parties commit. Changes to the scope of the assignment can be made, and may be subject to an amendment to the initial contract.

On-site intervention

Ascent Consulting's commitment to provide the customer with a work force (workload and duration) to give priority to the subjects or projects chosen by the customer, and to produce the best possible results within the allotted time. Invoicing is based on time spent, with no prior commitment to results.

Our first contact

One or two meetings with the client are usually organized before the commercial proposal is submitted, to clarify expectations and define the scope of the assignment.

On a case-by-case basis, we can call on third-party expertise to put together a project team that will fully satisfy our customers in every aspect of the assignment.
