Our expertise

Ascent Consulting, a management consulting and organizational transformation company, was founded and is headed by Arnaud Sanchez.

Arnaud has 15 years' professional experience as a Consultant and Senior Executive in a major group in the energy sector.

He has worked mainly on transformation issues, profit center management, B2B sales and commercial services organization, and performance management.

Arnaud has developed his expertise in contexts with high business stakes and great organizational complexity linked to decentralized, matrixed, multicultural and international structures.
